BUILDING SERVICES 2 course introduces to technical services in building that emphasize on ancillary spaces such as services area including their supported facilities such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, fire protection system, electrical supply system and building transportation system. This course will equip the students with the ability to analyze issues in technical services of the building and apply the knowledge into their design course
