PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE focuses on providing students with a comprehensive understanding of project management and its financial aspects. Students will be introduced to the definition and basic concepts of project management and practices. The course covers various aspects of project management, including the overview of project management, the influences of organizational structures, project life cycle, resources, planning and scheduling, project control and monitoring, safety control, environmental management plan, quality assurance, and the application of common software such as Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling. Additionally, the course will integrate financial elements into the project management framework, emphasizing the importance of financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management within the context of project execution.
