CONSTRUCTION ECONOMICS 2 course enhances students' knowledge of concepts and the principles of construction economy. The course covers feasibility study for project, economics of building design, development economics, life cycle cost, and land economics. This course also exposes student to knowledge on the cost implication on design changes and construction method.
