BUILDING SERVICES 2 course is an introduction to technical services in building emphasizing the necessity of ancillary spaces such as mechanical and electrical rooms, including their supported facilities such as air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, fire protection system, electrical supply system, building transportation system and communication infrastructure system. This course equips students with the ability to analyze issues in building's technical services and apply the knowledge in their design courses.
